This is our first post, so hopefully it will be interesting enough to bring you back.

We started this blog for a couple of reasons:

• To articulate our point-of-view in terms of how the selling of new homes has changed over the years (we have been doing this for 10+ years) and to survey some of the things that seem to be working, not working, plain silly, and are likely to change in the future.
• To highlight some of the neat things we are doing, even though to do so is shameless self-promotion. In our defense, our work are not always obvious to the casual visitor and many applications we create do not carry our name or logo.
